First-class Property Sales Centre opens at Award-winning Sitari Country Estate
Sitari Country Estate, which has just won Best Residential Development in Africa 2016/2017 at the International Property Awards, on 1 June opened the doors to its state of the art Sitari Property Sales Centre, which is a first of its kind in the Western Cape.
The Property Sales Centre is situated just off the R102 at the Sitari main entrance gatehouse and is operating weekdays from 09h00 to 17h00, Saturdays from 10h00 to 14h00, and Sundays from 14h00 to 17h00. Says Claudius Combrinck, Executive Director of Sitari Property Sales: “The intention with this facility is to showcase the diverse range of properties on offer and the sophisticated character of Sitari Country Estate. The Property Sales Centre will afford interested parties the opportunity to view a large-scale physical model of the estate, drone progress videos and 3D virtual reality tours. Also on display are appliances by some of our German and Italian brand partners, including Miele, Grohe and Smeg, all of which are used in Sitari’s properties.”
Ever since its launch almost 3 years ago Sitari Country Estate has been writing its own rules in terms of record-breaking sales and awards. This 192-hectare estate and R4 billion mega-project is already a local landmark that has attracted buyers not only from the Western Cape, Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal but also as far afield as the United Kingdom, Germany, United Arab Emirates, Sweden and Central Africa.
Adds Combrinck: “Being recognised internationally and as Best Residential Development in Africa really inspires us to do even more to realise the full potential offered by Sitari. We are in the midst of final preparations to release some new and exciting home and apartment products to market that will no doubt trigger much interest. The professional team has managed to combine all of the right elements to create a very successful estate that offers a range of property options, a flagship Curro School, shopping centre, Country Clubhouse, and numerous landscaped parks and recreational spaces, including an entire restored wetland.
“Since launching in September 2014 the capital growth of its properties has been extraordinary: calculated over its first 30 months, plots have seen an average capital appreciation of 69%, apartments of 34% and homes of 26%.”
Coetzee reported that 2017 is set to be a big year for Sitari, with an estimated 700 properties being under construction. This includes Sectional Title Apartments, and Village and Country Homes spread across the phases.
